Frequently asked questions about FunkPrint — our print-on-demand process, sizing, shipping, returns, and how to reach us.

 

ORDERS

 

How do I place an order?

Browse FunkWork, FunkStreet or FunkCult collections, pick your size and colour, add to cart, and check out. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes once order verification is complete.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it — email support@funkprint.com with your order number. After 12 hours your piece is already in production and cannot be cancelled.

 

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes future orders + tracking faster.

 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

 

Why does production take 3-5 business days?

Every FunkPrint piece is made to order. We don't hold stock. Each tee, hoodie, cap or mug gets printed for you specifically once you order — no warehouses full of unsold inventory, no fast-fashion waste.

 

How long does delivery take?

Production (3-5 business days) plus delivery (3-7 business days within India) = roughly 6-12 business days from order to doorstep. Metro pin codes (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) are usually faster.

 

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. International shipping is on the roadmap. We'll announce on funkprint.com when it's live.

 

Is shipping free?

Free on orders ₹999 and above. Below that, ₹79 flat shipping. COD orders may carry a small handling fee.

 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation when the order ships, with tracking link. You can also track from your account on funkprint.com.

 

SIZING & FIT

 

How do FunkPrint t-shirts fit?

Classic tees: regular fit, true to size. Oversized tees (most FunkStreet pieces): drop-shoulder, boxy fit — size down if you prefer a closer fit. Each product page has a size chart in cm and inches.

 

What fabric do you use?

100% combed cotton for tees. Cotton-poly fleece for hoodies and sweatshirts. Ceramic for mugs (350ml standard). Embroidered caps are structured 6-panel.

 

Will the print fade?

DTG and DTF prints withstand 50+ machine washes when you follow care instructions: cold wash, inside out, no bleach, no tumble dry, no ironing directly on the print.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Can I return a tee if I don't like the fit?

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

When will you replace or refund an order?

Manufacturing defects (misprints, faulty stitching), damage in transit, wrong size or design shipped due to our error. Email support@funkprint.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

 

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay back to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by UPI bank transfer.

 

DESIGN & SUB-BRANDS

 

What's the difference between FunkWork, FunkStreet and FunkCult?

Three distinct moods. FunkWork: professional humour for the desk warrior. FunkStreet: streetwear attitude with bold graphics. FunkCult: pop-culture-meets-Indian-life nostalgia. Same quality, different audience.

 

Can I submit my own design?

Yes. Email support@funkprint.com with your concept. Approved designs go live as a FunkPrint product and the original creator gets a per-unit royalty.

 

Do you do bulk orders for offices, college fests, weddings, etc.?

Yes, minimum 25 units. Custom designs welcome. Email support@funkprint.com with quantity, design brief and timeline for a quote.

 

ABOUT FUNKPRINT

 

Is FunkPrint a real business?

Yes. FunkPrint is an Indian sole proprietorship registered in 2026. We sell across India through funkprint.com. Print-on-demand fulfillment is handled by Printrove from Chennai.

 

Is the business GST registered?

GST registration is in progress. Once issued, our GSTIN will be displayed in the website footer and on all invoices.

 

How do I contact you?

Email support@funkprint.com. We respond within 24 hours Monday to Saturday. Sundays we're probably watching cricket — reply by Monday morning.
